Question: I am on H1B in US. I want to start a Website for which people will work from India. Can I do this business ?

I am on H1B in US. I want to start a Website for which people will work from India and revenue will get generated in US. I will not be an employee of this company, and i will not get any salary from this company, but I will need to direct the guys working in India as to what they have to do. Can I do this venture ?Thanks
