In truth, custom business cards can be turned into a very powerful business weapon that will help your career as well as your business to achieve success. To transform your business card into a business weapon though, you must first do a few important changes into your business card strategy.

1. The right weapon for the right job: Now you may not know this but business cards can be geared in different ways depending on your objective. There are advertising business cards for sales product promotions, corporate business cards for deals with colleagues and of course there are also personal business cards for friends and family. You will need to determine which business card is exactly what you need. This will define how your business card will be designed, and how it will succeed with your objectives. So choose the one that should get you nearest to your goal.

2. Good quality equals good results: Another tip that should turn your business card into a potent weapon is to use good quality materials in the production. Expensive textured paper, with a glossy sheen and smudge free inks are quite impressive. People will respect such quality with ease and that should give you better results in business deals and with social business networking itself. So as you can see, with the advantage of high quality, business cards can be quite effective at convincing people of the sincerity and the power of your business deal.

3. Continuing innovation: You must also know that weapons are always changing and people are always trying to come up with some innovations on existing ones. The same is true with business cards. You must continue changing and recreating your business card design, so that they will always look new and fresh. Try new materials, new formats and new techniques to make sure that your business cards can take advantage of the prevailing sense of style. You should also try to update yourself with prevailing design trends so that you can apply them to the design as well. This should maintain the competitiveness of your business card so that it can still remain as a potent weapon at all times.

4. Use it or lose it: Finally, the best way to turn your business cards into a business weapon is basically to use it. You must not let your business cards remain lying on your desk, car or your house. Always try to give it away to probable business contacts, investors and customers as well. If you do not distribute them and use them, then there is little point really in making them. So use your color business cards or you will loose them as you business weapon.

That should be all the information you need to turn your simple business cards into powerful weapons of trade. Use the weapon wisely once you make it. There are a lot of opportunities and problems connected with it. Good Luck!

Photography Business Flyers

Photography Business Flyers

Introduction When you put your house on the market, it’s important for you to consider how you’re going to get pertinent information to your potential buyers and to brokers. A tried and true fact; having attractive flyers with the right information works. Actually, you need four types of flyers and there are three points to consider when deciding on your FSBO flyers.

Where should you put your flyers? What are the locations that will get your information to the buyers who need it?

1. In the house – Obviously you’ll want to have flyers on display in the house. I recommend placing a guest book near the front door, ask Brokers and buyers to sign in. If you’re cooping with Brokers, you’ll want a record of which ones showed your house. Place your flyers next to the guest book in a spot where they are highly visible.

2. Sign Box – You’ll most likely have a for sale sign in the yard so buy a flyer box and put flyers outside so that people driving by can easily pick up your information. A tip on flyer boxes – kids love to grab all the flyers and take off with them, I’m not sure what fun that is, but it happens. Each day put out 5-10 flyers, then if they take them you haven’t lost all of your flyers.

3. Brokers – If you’re cooping with brokers, take flyers to each office and distribute them. Let brokers know you’re willing to work with them. What kind of flyers?

1. A photo feature flyer – A total of two photos is probably enough. You definitely need one photo of the exterior; one of the rear yard if it is attractively landscaped, or the kitchen or the living room. Do not try to display a photo of every room. It’s just too much. You can create a virtual tour or have one created. Put the link on your flyer. That way a buyer can go to the web site and view everything. There is not enough room on a flyer to do that.

2. A features flyer – List the top five to ten features of the house. What makes it special? Here again don’t try to list every feature, just the top five to ten.

3. A floor plan flyer – Buyers love floor plans, so if possible put a floor plan on the back of your photo feature flyer. Include room sizes, then the buyer will mentally start moving in. They will try to visualize where their furniture will go.

4. A financial flyer – Call one or two lenders. Ask them to prepare a financing flyer for you. This gives the buyer a picture of how they might finance the purchase. It’s a great free service for you and the lender gets free advertising. It’s a win-win.

5. Area Services – A really nice touch is to list the name and phone number of local services such as cable TV, utilities, phone etc. Help your buyer to mentally move in. How to create your flyers

1. You can make them yourself.

2. There are lots of online services that will create professional flyers for you. The fees vary but are usually reasonable.

3. Check for some local services that specialize in that type of advertising.

4. Call a title company; many of them will provide free flyers; they get advertising and expect you to do the closing through them.

5. The lender who did your financial flyer may also create an information flyer. Many of them provide this service. Ask them. Summary: Flyers are important to your sale. So it’s imperative that you put the right information on the flyer. It is a fact, FSBOS who do the homework of preparing for the market, sell houses faster than those who don’t.

So prepare the right kind of flyers and let the buyer take-away information that continues selling your house long after the showing.
